Residential
A & B will design a customized cleaning plan to fit your home and lifestyle.
 
Kitchens
· Clean, dry, and shine all appliance surfaces (including top of refrigerator), range hood, and sinks
· Clean stove drip pans, burner grates, and control knobs
· Sanitize countertops and polish to a brilliant shine
· Damp-wipe cupboard fronts, table, and chairs
· Clean microwave oven inside and out, including turntable
 
Bathrooms
· Clean and sanitize showers, tubs, toilets and sinks inside and out
· Clean and dry all mirrors, glass, counters and tile until they shine
· Damp-wipe cabinet fronts
· Clean all shelves, fixtures, and items on vanity
 
 
All Rooms
· Dust and vacuum baseboards, light fixtures, furniture, sills, shelves, blinds, and décor
· Remove cobwebs
· Vacuum/Mop all floors, carpets, rugs, and stairs
· Vacuum cloth furniture including under cushions
· Clean glass surfaces
· Make up or straighten linens (if sheets are laid on beds)
· Empty and reline wastebaskets

Commercial
A & B  offers full--service daily and weekly commercial cleaning services with minimal disturbance so desk accessories and surfaces will be cleaned without moving papers or affecting ergonomic setups.   A&B will
provide the equipment and materials to perform all industrial janitorial services.  Our full-service cleaning division offers professional janitorial services to commercial customers such as Knology, Cintas Uniform Co., Regions Mortgage, Copart USA, Tractor and Equipment, and First Community Bank. 
 
Entire Building
  • Dust all conference room tables, desk tops, keyboards and monitors
  • Clean all mirrors, glass doors, an glass tables
  • Remove all cobwebs from corners, ceilings and baseboards
  • Wipe all window sills, door facings, and wall plates
  • Remove scuff marks from all interior doors
  • Remove all trash and reline cans 
  • Blow debris from front entry area
 
Kitchens
  • Wipe all hard surfaces (countertops, chair rails, break room tables, cabinet fronts, drawer fronts in kitchen and bathroom areas)
  • Clean kitchen sink
  • Wash out coffee pots and clean coffee maker to remove coffee stains
  • Clean out inside and outside of microwaves
 
 
Bathrooms
  • Clean and disinfect all bathroom toilets and urinals
  • Clean and disinfect all sinks, countertops and walls
  • Air fresheners
  • Install supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, plastic bags and hand towels
        
 
Floors
  • Vacuum all hard surfaced floors removing all dirt and debris from floors, corners and crevices
  • Vacuum all carpeted floors
  • Carpet shampooing available upon request (additional cost)
  • Mop with germicide
