Founded in 2004, A&B Professional Cleaning & Concierge Services, LLC, is headquartered in Eclectic, Alabama, with additional offices in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, Asheville, North Carolina and Panama City Beach, Florida. A&B is insured, licensed and bonded and employs hands-on, highly experienced management teams to deliver consistent, high quality services. A&B is made up of three unique divisions: Commercial & Residential Cleaning, Professional Concierge Services and PNP/REO Foreclosure Services.
A&B is one of the leading providers of commercial and residential janitorial services in North Central Alabama. Our full-service cleaning division offers professional janitorial services to commercial customers such as Knology, Cintas Uniform Co., Copart USA, Tractor and Equipment, and First Community Bank, along with multiple satisfied residential customers. A&B has met all ServiceMagic qualifications as a screened and approved preferred service professional through state licensing, general liability coverage and background checks.
A&B's professional concierge services division offers customers a wide range of tailor-made, concierge services such as appointment setting, repair appointment sitting, personal shopping, errand service, special event planning, public notary and more.
A&B'sproperty preservation services team offers the following services to bank owned real estate and foreclosure properties: interior clean up, trash out, yard cleaning, rekey and lock box installation, window board up, scheduled maintenance, condition reports, photo documentation, sign and flyer box installation and winterization.
